Factory Scale & Equipment: Our factory has made heavy investments in advanced production lines, including 7-layer and 9-layer co-extruded film lines, as well as an 11-layer casting line—all directly imported from Germany’s WH. Spanning a total production area of 13,000 square meters, the workshop strictly follows GMP standards, with independent zones for raw material storage, production, and finished product inspection to ensure orderly workflow.
Quality & Environmental Management: Equipped with a professional on-site R&D and quality control team, the factory conducts real-time monitoring of the production process. All products have passed CE, ROHS, and other international certifications, meeting US FDA food safety standards. We also implement strict environmental management: adopting energy-saving equipment to comply with global environmental regulations.
