HXFR-HIPS400H using imported material carrier, choose different flame retardants and assist agent. The reasonable formula and technology, the use of advanced equipment, achieve the  good compatibility with ABS. Advantage: good flame resistance, good thermostability, high UV-Resistance, non-blooming.

Note

1.The processing temperature should be 10℃ lower than Melting temperature of pure materials. Not more than 210℃. Attention to continuous production, and avoid the residence time too long, flame retardant decomposition in the screw.

2. Suggest adding FR-HIPS400H flame retardant masterbatch 20-23%, UL943.2/mmV0 level could be achieved.

Application

Mainly used in black HIPS injection and extrusion, high effective and low cost.

Packing/Storage

25KG/bag: paper-plastic composite plus polyethylene lining plastic bag packaging, stored in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
