Hydraulic Hose Fittings Inspection:

1.Product surface treatment must be as per customer’s request like polishing, passivation or electrolysis.

2.All measurement must be accepted within the tolerance request according to the product drawing. Every inspector will be fitted with a caliper. 

3.Thread gauge must be prepared for all different thread fittings inspection during production and final approval by quality control department.

4.Before packing, the quality inspection department must issue a written form of product inspection certificate.

5.All test record will be archived.


Hydraulic Hose Fittings Exporting Package:


Exporting standard carton boxes and plywood pallets are used for final package. To protect all products well, we choose super high quality box and plywood material to make it stronger enough.
