System for water-based painting: 3pcs 0.75KW small air fan on booth's top,36 pcs blow-off nozzle

Wallboard: 50mm EPS(epispastics polystyrene )insulation material with S=0.426 two side steel panel

Lighting System: Lamp boxes are 45°fixed on upper two side,with 8 groups*3pcs=24pcs 20w LED energy saving lamps

Cabinet Setting: Intake air from  upside,downside exhaust wind.Frame is made of tube 50*50mm, body plate is made of galvanized plate(thickness:0.8mm).

Filtration System:With inlet filter, ceiling filter, activated carbon filter, fiberglass filter in environmental protection cabinet.

Basement:High performance antirust treatment grille galvanized and checkered plate.
