PRE Web Steering Guide System makes precise correction on materials via a long entrance span.

This innovative web guide units corrects lateral errors in the web. Single or dual rolls are available with a maximum allowable tension of 5000N.M around, the standard roll surface length ranges from 200 mm to 3000 mm, and the roll diameter ranges from Φ80 mm to Φ203 mm. With good motor drive, PRE Converting provides reliable web guide performance in most environments. Its parts are characterized by:

1) The base is a casting,

2) The guide rod has high hardness

3) The ball bushing has low friction.

4)  Single,double even three rolls can be used.
